Dearly beloved we gather here to say our goodbyes...

In a manner of speaking I regret writing this update. Though it may not be my last entry, it is the beginnig of the end.

After much deliberation and languishing over choices I've decided to let my membership lapse.

Though it does sadden me, i feel this may be the best choice.
The male ego is...

You want it, you got it baby wink

and I'd be interested to know the reasons about your friendships...

kiss

Weel in my case I do not like to be the center of attention, I don't like too much attention at all. But while I was growing up my mothers only punishment ever was to act as if I didn't exist. Sometimes for more than a week, but never less than 4 days. That was the magic number. But it was a good thing in the long run because I had no choice other than to learn how to do laundry and cook and get to school and home safe by the time I was 7. So now I'm rabidly independent. (But secretly in my heart I'm really not, but I don't really pay attention to that) And I can iron a mean pair of slacks. wink

Anyways , I was interested in why you don't have many friends. You said you knew the reason. That kinda thing begs the question WHAT is it??

sleep well new friend. kiss

Life is to enjoy.

If my life is empty it is because I have lost the ability to appreciate, to have fun, to find pleasure in life. For when I take pleasure in the process of living, my life is rewarding, satisfying, fulfilling. The best answer to the problem of an empty life is to fill it with pleasant, enjoyable activity. The good life consists...

A lot of the RHPS soundtrack has grown on me. I used to only like the intro song, but now like pretty much all of it. Don't really want to hear it punked out, now that I like the wimpy 50's sounds. Also, this one harder to explain, more sexually attracted to Columbia than Magenta. Might have to do with seeing Little Nell in Jubilee, and something to do with the Columbia in the Fairfax VA group. She was quite a voluptuous, yummy Columbia.

I dunno anything 'bout that other movie!

Haha, I met Lisa at The Warehouse Next Door; she was moderating a performance of parts of ^ that book, in fact I had written to her a little in the '90s. I read Rollerderby all the time.
I need to send her a check for that book.

There's a defense to everything. It depends on how hard you look for it, and how long, if at all.

More importantly, is the risk worth the reward?

smile
cheech:
Not sure on that.

cheech:
Yeah, I'm all questions and no answers about the moving process. Email it, please.

Nuts and bolts!
Nuts and bolts......
Hey aern't you in the pen pals thingy...I need to write you!
_chris_:
I'll agree with that.

My only objection, as far as dreams go, is that it's kind of hard to show your friends during or afterwards. If the people I know could see the things I've dreamed up, they would never talk to me again...

Hehe.

I'm sitting here...It's Friday...And I got absolulty nothing.

I'm so fucking pathetic right now.

I need something...I don't know.

I haven't lost the capacity to love though.

kiss

you all are great.

PEACE!!!!!
_chris_:
I'm sitting here and it's somewhere between Friday night and Saturday morning, and I have just as much as you do, apparently.

What's pathetic about it? I feel quite contented and relaxed, at the moment.

I'm sure you'll feel better tomorrow...

See ya. biggrin

Genuine goodness is threatening to those at the opposite end of the moral spectrum.

This one is good. It reminds me that most people are inherintly good.

Well...my earlier post was total rot...so I decided just to hang it up for tonight.

I am restless...i have words in me that NEED to get out. The problem is I can't figure out how to say them....

Do whatever you have to do to get out whatever it is that you have inside yourself. I can type pages and pages of random stuff that pops into my head, and usually quite articulately, but if you met me in real-life, I probably wouldn't have more than two or three words to say to you. Not out of rudeness/meanness mind you, but simply because I'm a painfully quiet person. Get me a damn computer and keyboard (or typewriter, preferably an IBM Selectric, ha.) and I can go on and on... Obviously. biggrin

Do whatever you feel like doing. I'm sure it'll work out fine for you.

wink

Email me your phone # sometime; I have to start thinking about the long-distance-moving processes. One thing most bothering me is- renting some trailer-thing for my possessions, but also taking my time cross-country to visit people, which will mean, of course, a long rental time... I suppose a smart thing to do for a start is look at the rates. ( tongue to me)
