I don't like PDA phones. the more you cram in a device, the more it's prone to breaking. maybe not the hardware, but definitely the software.
Be prepared to have it crash out on you about every 6 months. Ask yourself, is there any internet stuff that I absolutely need, and couldn't get by without? you can get phones that do AOL and Mail, and are a heck of a lot more stable than a PDA phone.
