In April I went down to Cape town to do, what I refer to as the crazy double, the two oceans long trail followed by the half marathon the next day.

Deadlines, broken down vehicle and trying to quit smoking. eeek

Not what one would call a very gentle period but at least one out of three went down pretty okay.
Obviously the quitting smoking one is not the one.

Who the hell is still in the office at 9:30 on a Friday evening and then still plans how late he will be back in the office the next morning?!?!? eeek

Oh well at least the alcoholic beverage consumption tastes fantastic after a 14 hour day......the headache the next day might just tell a different story! biggrin

And so after a long absence I am back on SG....thankfully!

Work has been insane!!!! But now with the deadline closing on Monday (whether the work is finished or not) I just decided I am allowed some me time again! So obviously first stop....SG.

But alas even though me time is allowed again, off to work I have to go again!
