Wow, it's be awhile! Well I am swamped with work, I don't even have time to sleep!

So the new Husky 510 we bought blew it's load and and put the Hubby on his butt. So now we have one working bike and one with a hole the size of a softball in the motor...guess we won't be going to...

I tend to post more in the winter months, gives me something to do while the work load is low.

It's been 5 months since I broke my clavicle, it's still tender at times. Scar tissue needs to build up around the edges of the bone to pad it more. I've been using it more than i should have,I started riding 2 weeks after i broke it. We have are going on a trip to Jamaica in a couple weeks to go diving, so I've been carrying around a good deal of weight with that shoulder. I want to make sure I'll be able to handle the weight of the scuba gear.

I can tell that my right shoulder is shorter than the left, lol. It's strange how it has changes that side of my body. It has changed the position of my shoulder blade and that shoulder sags. Oh, well I just deal with it and move on, it could have been much worse smile

Saw you on the in the MC group.... Glad to meet a fellow rider near my zip code. I'm a bit envious of your motard. I chuckled a bit when i saw your track day pic..... my first track day was on a cbr600 f4 at second creek raceway in CO. Does your crew come to asheville very often?

munke:

Well it hasn't been a good past couple of days. First Saturday night our friend crashed his Mini CooperS right in front of us. May be fixable, but he doesn't want to drive it again if it is. I almost rode with him that run too, kind of glad I didn't.

Then today my husband crashed a bike, a friends bike at...

So the bike is now gone frown I like to think I have taken the loss well. I'm really looking forward to getting a new bike. I would love to have one of the Aprilia Supermotos, but that maybe a couple years off.

The weather here sux! It has been cold and rainy. It's like almost summer damn it! When is the warm weather...

I almost forgot to mention the best part of my weekend. I was taking photos of the MINI Coopers at Fontana Village, when this man walks up to me. He knows who I am right away and introduces himself. He then asks if I would mind having my picture taken with his daughter, of course I say yes, how could I decline? His daughter is...

I have to say that I have had a great day of riding! Even though it rained on me most of the day. I get to meet John Hotchkis in a couple of weeks. A buddy/co-worker of his followed me through the gap today and was impressed with my riding, don't know why, I'm not really that fast. But I have to...

Nice Alpinestars you have there, those are money! But, ah, the guy with the camera is wearing *snicker* chaps!! Chaps are among the more useless fashion accessories for motorcyclists. The only good thing is that they give you a layer of leather on the knees, which is usually the first thing to hit the road. The second part of you to hit the road is usually your ass, and chaps are not much good there, are they? Hahahaha!

Seriously, you look good there, but we need shots of your ride(s). If you want to get intimate, show us your chicken strips!

killgurl:

Haha, I'll have to see if I can find any chicken strips first. I have some on the front, I don't know of anyone that can get rid of those. I have none on my rear tire. I'll try and get some photos up soon. We have a ton of photos to sort and upload this week.

The guys doing the interview rode down from New York and had to carry that camera on the bike (they were on BMW's). I guess they brought the biggest one they could.

Good night all!
