So on Saturday I baked some nom cookies that I forgot to take a picture of since taking pictures of food to share with people and make them jealous of the food you have just doesn't make sense to me. CBT & Referals to Behavioural Psychiatrists

So I have now been told that CBT will not work for me. The issues I have socially are far to complex for me to just "face my fear" and overcome the problems. I am being referred to a Behavioral Psychiatrist who will hopefully be able to think of new ideas and possibly increase the amount of time I can spend with groups of people....

Well, I think you are doing much better than what you think you are. :) And hopefully that guy will be full of fresh ideas about how to cope better. And even if you say your covering up your inability to understand or interact normally with people I've got first hand knowledge and I do know you can connect with people and make new friends. Ok, I know it's hard, I know not going out that much doesn't help. But you can, and when you do it's awesome. And can I just say how fortunate I feel to be your friend???

I think i first though about getting a tattoo when i was 14 or so but never had the money for it since i was always high ^^ In retrospect probably a good thing since i would have got something i no doubt would have regretted later on.
