Had to take another month off from MMA, and when I got back I was down to two nights again.
But my knee's doing better so I'm trying for three nights again.

I've started going to MMA classes three nights a week now, and will probably start going four or five nights a week next month in an effort to increase my activity level to promote more weight loss as well as improve my overall emotional health as well as phjysical. (stress-relief, endorphine rushes, etc.)

Just one problem...

So I'm thinking of shaving my head bald and my beard off completely and growing a handlebar mustache. Y'know, the kind of mustache that you would use wax on to purposely curl them upward in the Victorian-Era style, keeping my earrings and glasses of course. I think it would look kind of steampunk.
