I used to have really bad confidence issues due to being bullied in HS. My Mom told me one day that instead of comparing myself and my body to others I should take those things I don't like and tell myself I love them.
For example... I would stand in the mirror and say, "Thighs, I love you. You're beautiful."
"Nose, You fit my face perfectly and if you were small it would be weird. I love you. You're beautiful."

You get the idea...

Eventually, I started to believe it. I started to see that these things are all, really, beautiful. Every piece on every body is going to be loved by someone smile But most importantly, every piece on you should be loved by YOU. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it kisskiss
