Sorry to hear you're in such a foul mood... I wish I'd have found your journal when you were doing a little better. But I noticed your favorite book and I couldn't help but giggle. I love that damn book. I found it like 4-5 years ago buried in the back room at the bookstore I worked at, and bought it instantly. Then I didn't see it anywhere for about 3 years until it started getting more attention. I'm glad it finally came to get the appreciation it deserves, because that's good shit.

Nah, I love old school slang. I'm partial to using ones from a similar era. I movies from the 20s to the 50s, so I pick up a good deal of my daily used verbiage outta those.

Noticed that in your profile. I started skating again about a year or so agoduring my pre-30 crisis. I hadn't been on a board since I was 22 or 23, so the rust has pretty hefty. Broke my wrist my first time back on a half-pipe. Shoulda know that if I couldn't do a trick 15 years ago, there was a better-than-good chance I wouldn't be able to do it now. Blunt-to-fakie-to-my wrist shouldn't bend that way.
