My ever present shoe obsession is primarily occupying my time. Sad, but true. That and the damnable Windows 2003 server they stuck me with which is displaying odd and inconsistant behaviour.

I know how much of a pain using public comps to stay in touch can be, so it makes me all a little giddy that you'd take the time to drop me a note.

I hope your stuff arrives soon all safe as houses. Gotta see some closer pics of that back piece. There's so much detail there.

My small corner of the office now has a server putting out so much heat I feel dizzy if I sit near it too long. Funny thing is, once upon a time I used to wear fingerless gloves all day long in an ice cold server room. These six Origin 2000 servers, running as a render farm for an animation company, were kept in a room that had its thermostat set at a constant 5°C -- roughly what you'd set a fridge at. That was a miserable job. Sooooo cold everyday. *brrrr*

Today I helped set-up the Ruben Studdard show that guy from American Idol at Morgan State U. here in baltimore ... I don't have to be back at work until 10:30 for the tear down ... But first I have to try and win some KISS lp's on ebay ... I have a bid on a lot of 15 and another lot of 8 ... It looks like I can get all of them for $35.00 or so ...

Drove around looking for spots that were cleared of snow and gravel. Only one we found was by my house in the first place. Not the best spot, but when it's the first day I can finally skate street without a parka, I'll take what I can get.

Finally watched the Hot Chocolate Video. Inspired me to keep trying to learn nollie flips as much as my shins hate me for it.

All in all, a fine, fine day.

yeah you could have prarie dogs as pets in France, but is not common. Since August 2003, prarie dogs are forbidden.

you have to take care of your hands, fingers, feet. But, all in all, it's a wonderful pet, very sweet, loves to cuddle, even to kiss. but you always have to have an eye on him, he's biting everything ! LOL !!!

I suppose a Calgary winter just makes me long for some degree of warmth. Any warmth. I'll take rain any day over six months of snow and miserable cold.

Weather is, unfortunately, pre-eminently on my mind. Maybe due to the fact that when you leave in the morning's in Calgary, you can never be sure if you'll require a parka or shorts by the afternoon.

Here's hoping the move goes well. Lord knows I'd rather be in Seattle any day.

Maybe it's me, but I always loved moving. Tho I"ve never moved quite as far as you plan to, but maybe that'll change by the end of this year.
