If a cover is for marketing, so is makeup. The publishing company has the artwork chosen by a marketing and design team who know HOW TO SELL A BOOK BY ITS COVER. We've all been raised to judge a book on its cover, we do it with food, and people, and many other things. I just don't like it when people use the book cover bullshit to tell someone to grow the fuck up.

It's nice that people are donating to something, but it'd be better to not donate it to yourself. At my aunt's funeral a lady said "I'm not donating to the humane society (her charity of choice) because I'm allergic to animals. I'll just keep my money." Who does that? Ugh! People are jerks.
