Oh hell yeah, I know that stuff about regular eating. I think part of the weight gain is due to my body going into "starvation mode" and trying to store fat for the next time I will go without food. Makes things so much worse.
Of course, high percentage cocoa and diary free chocolate has actually been reccomended to me but, dude... I eat SOOO much. But today, I bought and apple and put down that dang Boost bar. WOO!
And yes, he's a vocalist of Interlock. They were my favourite band for years and that's how I met him. Fairytale, eh?
