Yeah, we love this place. It's pretty much perfect. Annoyingly, the landlord is acting like it's just one of those things rather than being another massive mental and financial strain on us both. No one seems to stop and think about how much money they're costing their tennants when they tell them they're selling up!
As for our videos, glad you liked them! I think I look like a twat, but I always think that. Haha. We decided against putting the talkie bits up because we didn't think that they shed us in the best light (Max made a slip of the tongue at one point and made it sound like we were all re-formed alcoholics/drug addicts ).
I'd love to meet up with you soon, but I don't know how good I'm going to be for money at the start of June. I have literally no money right now and now with the cost of having to move again and my next tattoo session I might be broke for a wee while yet, but I'll see what I can do! June must be a bands month, because we have loads of gigs in June too! I just hope it keeps up, I hate going for months without a gig.

Yeah, Simon was the guy we got too! I think he was the only person in the entire complex who had any idea about what he was doing. I'm not surprised you're pissed at the girl putting a load of cheesy effects over your parts, though. I can't stand producers/engineers who colour your sound, like you said if you wanted that effect and felt it was relevant to the sound of the band, you'd have added it yourself.
I think we're on stage at about 9pm for the Cricketers, we're playing with a band called Mook who we've done a few gigs with now, they managed to set up the Cricketers gig. Max usually speaks to the guy who runs The Duke about getting gigs, just phones him up and asks for a gig. He's a pretty cool guy, always pays too, which is nice.
