No more pneumonia. Even my cough, which usually lasts up to 2 months after I get a cold (I'm not kidding), is just about gone. This is a new record for me. Really shows me how much healthier I've gotten since the fall. Unfortunately, I've put on a few, and its not just from being healthy, but letting the bad habits creep back a bit....

Another update along Jaytan's Journey To 185.
After a post-holiday struggle to reverse the effects of leniency and indulgence, which brought us back up to 212 lbs., I am proud to announce that not a week later, we are back down to 203.5!!! MUY !!
The trick was not a steady nutritious diet, or dedicated, intense workouts, but PNEUMONIA!!!
