Yeah, I think I'd try for a more positive spin one one of those. They sound depressing. To break that feeling you need to put the positive to the forefront and have that be your mantra.... that and if you can't choose, you should take some time to mediate on the idea- how long have you spent looking at that list of negative things? I remember in marching band, after we won a competition, we had a party at one of the rich kids house. Couple of the more talented guys played guitar, Trinity sat on my lap, and we all sang this song at the top of our lungs.. See you on the other side someday, kiddo..
