Thank you so much! Your information is what really started me on everything. So far I have contacted one US agency, they redirected me to their Czech counterpart and I hope to go on from there. Of course, suburbs of Baltimore is what I would want best, but I'm not sure how much of a choice I get. Wonder if the fact that I am tattooed will be a major problem or not...
