Today is turning out to be very odd, which really, is just the way I like it. After an ordeal over the last two weeks to secure an interview with James Marsters, the dude who played Spike in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, it finally went ahead tonight, at midnight exactly, and he was a very nice chap.

I slept in intentionally because I knew I...

Things are quite manic insane crazy at the moment. I feel like in a past life I was a buccaneer, my present state being some sort of frenzied mishap in the fabric of time, allowing me to retain the passion of adventure.

Im sick of Lincoln to the back of my teeth, I need to escape get far away. Im thinking of jumping on the...

Hatebreed singer Jamey Jasta reveals his musical responsibilities, why hate is a good thing and how his music is medicine for the soul.

If you ask someone who is ill-educated in the art of heavy metal what they think it is about, the answer youll often get is one of ignorance and loathing. People will invariably bring up themes of extreme violence, an inaudible screaming...

I worked on the photo shoot for all the album art and website content for the album Perserverence and got to hang out with Jamey and the band. He was a very nice guy who, if he had your back, would be a great wingman. We had a good time even though the photographer, Dean Karr, almost set the whole band on fire. Sweet. skull

i sooooo was hoping this was an interview not someone's writing... hatebreed is pretty good in my opinion

I heard that for the filming of one of their videos, they filmed hardcore kids dancing to a Terror song so they had something to actually get pumped to...

Pearly Kings and Queens are on the TV at the moment buying antiques, very odd. However, this is not the point at hand. Im still recovering from a very heavy night out in London. For the first time I became an actuated self facilitating media node. This bascially meant my laptop came in time for the trip and I wrote up the Hatebreed article on...

Sounds like you had a good night out!

If I drink that much I normally wake up the next day, amased that i got home in one piece, and then trying to piece back together the memories of the previous night/morning. And also normally realiseing I've lost my coat again.

Good luck with your article!

I am going to be the mad old cat lady that kids throw stones at. I can just see it happening. Not cos I get cold feet easily. I just go for the completely unobtainable ones. frown

I think Im going to keep this as a fairly regular journal from here on in, rather than updating it when I update my website. I cant write stunning prose all the time after all, hahaha.

My first piece got published on SG today which I am quite proud of, hopefully the first of many. I particularly enjoyed writing the article itself, was very interesting...

i just wrote somthing for an evil squirrel website. I get really bored at work and came across these sites,,, but i couldn't find a "history of.." story, so i wrote one biggrin he asked my permission to put it on his site, so it mite be there in a bit, yay!

maybe not as prestigious as a news piece for SG, but hey! im easily amused oink

I never really got into Locust,,, its a bit *too* heavy for my taste, but it certainly good when you wanna hit things, and when you at the gym....

Ive carried my copy of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas with me everywhere Ive been for the last four years, over three continents and tens of thousands of miles. I watched the film on the recommendation of a friend, I read the book after some research on the internet and my life changed. I was overcome with a passion and fervour for extreme life,...

Pressure and Ice

After recently taking a forward step in my musical tastes Ive come across a variety of modern day avant-garde bands, which, I am thoroughly enjoying. Years of being relatively dogmatic are changing, Im developing my musical scope and learning at the same time.

My hunger to write a screen play has taken a step forward as well, I now in unison with...
