Work and anxiety

Its a bit odd that I was more anxious last night than I am today. There's the possibility of seeing customers (at least for a few minutes as we close at 10 tonight I think) and I've more travel to work as I use the train, but I feel better tonight than yesterday.

@camilafor i'm alot better now. Still yet to see any customers (woohoo!) its just other staff i see and the odd person on route to and from work. There are the odd people that i do see otherwise. I think alot of it was "Its my first night back, i havent a clue what im walking in to."

Yes, i can understand why people want to stash up on food, but other things are getting out of hand and the people that genuinely need bits, medicine, handwash cant get them, and some people are charging a fuck ton for them. I going to be a barrel of laughs. Forklift training at work all week, 8-6 apparently. Just need more sleep! Want to shout at someone to get out of my warehouse I'd they don't have a hi-vis jacket on tho at some point tho!

@sheashannara Thanks, dunno when thatll be unfortunately. Got told by the Assistant manager that theyd put me on the next training in the area, but who knows when that is. (Or where...and travel will be a bitch!)

So; my dad needs to have fortnightly blood tests and sometimes infusions the next day. He had a blood test this morning i helped my parents go to, then he was supposed to have a doctors appointment an hour later; but i got dropped off at home. Got into bed; then my mum knocked on my door telling me theyve taken dad into hospital. I messaged a friend who knows the score just a "help" then explained it. Mum n i got to hospital 11ish, spent till 4 with him. Hes had a chest xray, transfusion and theyve moved him on to a ward - current "roommate" seems like a nice person. Dr has said he's got a chest infection on top of everything else, but when my mum rang up the ward, he was sleeping. When i got home from being at the hospital, rang work up, text'd a couple of ppl in the loop and then posted this, and have had some sleep...just ate now im going to try for sleep again. @dianalark true, but he's in the best place right now. @power138 thx, so do i. @bookcouple i'm tagging you as its an update- kinda
