Ayant dj rencontr Sysca et Ines, je peux dire qu'elles sont toutes les deux trs bien, ni trop ni trop peu.
Et a ce que j'ai vu sur tes photos, je pense que c'est comme pour elles, c'est dans ta tte. Mais, si tu ne te sens pas bien dans ton corps, il ne reste que manger quilibr et sans excs et de faire un peu de sport (la natation a marche bien).

i dont think you need to llose weight, but I now swim 3 times a week, and walk for 40 minutes a day rather fast. And that's helped me a ton. I'm not so wide now
