About 5 years ago I sent away for a DNA necklace kit from Biotechnovelties. Since I'm moving and packing, I've recently found it again. I wonder if a kit this old would still work? confused

Thanks everybody for wishing me a happy birthday! It was great - on Saturday my folks and I ran for the border, pawed the thrift stores and ate one of those 3-course meals at Applebees. We then rolled ourselves home.

My birthday's comin' - this Saturday. My parents are putting $50 towards me getting a professional acrylic nail kit. I'm going to do Mom's and my nails. Thank God for ebay, eh?

I'm adicted to Justin Timberlake's 'My Love'. Although, I hate that little laugh bit during the chorus. I have to find some software to edit it out.

as in what kind of art, or the theme in general?

i know...it's such a pain. it took me for ever to come up with a unifying theme and art.
I finally settled on my sleeve being romance art of the romans in battle with the germanic tribes. There's way too many symbolic meaning behind it to type here. But it will perfectly go with my upcomming chest peice. Which is a mural of 'Apocalypse'. Not the religious version.
we'll see how it pans out.

my advice would be to think of something self-defining that has happened to you. And then instead of finding art to symbolise the event, find art to symbolise the emotion. It doesn't have to be what you will end up getting. But it definately kick-starts your imagination.

I just found out a flight from Vancouver to Italy costs $1287 Cdn. and this costs $1341 per week. It sleeps 3 - who's coming with?! love biggrin

So, I didn't get the job I really wanted, but that's okay. The owner called me and said that it had come down to me and another girl and he and his assistant spent almost an hour going back and forth between us.
