Spent the weekend hanging out with Zephyer. I love spending time with her, but hanging out with her for 3 days at a time makes it A LOT harder to get used to the fact that I can't have her....
I suppose it will become much easier when she goes back to school in CO.
Apparently my mom has been busy. She called me last night asking me if I want to meet a neice of one of her friends at Knights of Columbus. According to my mom she is nice, cute and 22.
Yay...my mom is setting me up on blind dates.
Why do I not see this ending well?
All my numbers have increased yet again, at the gym.
Some days I hate going though, like when the BIG guys are there...
It just reminds me how much work I need to do. On the bench we do sets of 12, 8, 6, 6, 4...increasing the weight.
I start at 100, and end at 135-140 usually.
Today I watched this big black dude do 315lbs.
That was nuts.
I was happy about my ab numbers though. I did 12,8,8,6,6. I started at 110lbs and ended at 200lbs, and my abs aren't even sore...at least not today.
I also hit 220 lbs on the rowing machine (works back and biceps). Impressive numbers if I may say so.
Now I just need to start endurance training on the cardio machines.
And according to the scale...I lost 10 lbs, which is cool since I am getting more solid.
This gym shit is paying off.
Well, I need to clean my snakes and my room...
If you guys don't hear from me in a few days, send help. Haha.
