Oooh, I shall try and haul ass to the SGUK meet in Manchester, I've gotta get hold of my timetable for college and then I'll know what the hell I'm doing.

How about we put all the 11 year olds in a cage and keep spraying them with water until they decide to be normal? And then one of them will try to speak to us in it's foreign tongue but we must stop it for it would ruin our soceity! Yes I may have watched Planet Of The Apes, one too many times... But I still think that's an ace idea!

that is too bad that man yelled at you and quite confusing....it always makes me feel good when someone compliments my shoes ...sounds like things are improving for you though...and little kitties are so cute .... pre-killer ... then they only look cute until they are randomly attacking you...
dylan:
I want a kitten but I don't think I'm allowed pets in the house I'm moving in to.
I have two cats back home, they're awesome smile I have one who is currently obsessively attacking my right foot.

yeknomyknuf:
Glad some things are going well for you! Thanks for the b-day well wishes. That sucks about your dreads, you can afford to buy a hot oil packet at least? Have fun playing that gig.

You know those great relationships that end in agony?

Hey there! I laughed at your "little brown fish" comment, ha! Does that mean you've seen the movie? Or have you gone as far as I have and seen the first five minutes that the Gents offer up on their website.
If youve seen it, I am so envious! smile

Woo yeah! House! The college I shall be attending is right next to a pub. It's the only reason I chose it over the other universities and colleges.

Hope everything goes ok with your lady friend. Chin up!

That actually sounds pretty good. I'd love to do more acoustic stuff but my ability to play guitar and sing at the same time isn't that great, I always forget to do one or the other.
There's nowt wrong with getting your band onstage when you like, you organised it so you should be able to decide when you go on. I organise plenty of gigs and book myself as the warm up act and just say I couldn't get anyone else to do it.

I'm not in a band currently, I do some session work and the like but nothing permanent. I don't seem to be able to find anyone with the dedication that I'm willing to put in. I play bass mainly but I'm not bad at guitar or vocals either. Play sax for a couple of jazz ensembles and occasionally do piano work when needs be, but I'm a bassist first and foremost. Mainly rock/glam music but there's only so far you can take that so I've been working on a lot of soul and blues lately. Just need some way of getting it out there.

i've not been to England yet either...but someday in the future i will venture to the land where David Bowie sprang from....and to see the Tate Modern....

would love some advice with my currently obnoxious problem that I am angered at having to deal with ... its in my journal...

night love kiss

Yeah for the moment since I moved to London last september I haven't gone further than the border of zone 2 and 3. I live in central so... I'm mainly a musician but I do some performance stuff at a place called Queen Mary in mile end. The Jitsu club has honestly changed my life, they're the funnest people I've ever met, it's not like the whole bullshit attitude of live your life in connection with the spirit of the earth etc etc I absolutely respect but what I'm trying to say is the people in that group are proper party animals. Anyway if ever you come to central you should come where I train! It's great fun and the senseis don't let us go home before we at least hit the pub for two hours!
emelaeth:
you should go....if I was able I would no matter what the cost...someday....who's playing this year?

and...I have actually contemplated changing my number to avoid her...but its such a hassel...so for now...I'll just keep avoiding....

thanks for the advice about the hair wink

Car with windows closed. Lots of smoke. Lights, rain. Music. Heated debates about astro-physics. Chocolates. ... amusing indeed.
