Its this creepy crawl of a feeling
like a piano made of my spine
played by rough-boned fingers
a wicked groove and wrong notes

ricochet
all about

tick

tock

toom

I know you've heard this one before

its just
certain emotions
make us feel most alive
for me
whenever
I am most alive
its usually matched
by
suicidal.

My best friend
Pottsy
he goes weak for the ladies
loses his shape

loses the ladies
every time

he usually gets dumped
because
no one wants someone
who desperately needs to fulfill
you without reciprocity

its uncomfortably warm like snot on your face

gross, huh?

ARRR!!!

Hey dude, how've you been? I had to take a break from SG, but I'm tentatively back for a while, real life took over for a period.

I started writing three years ago. Wow. That's awesome.

I finally kept that promise to myself- write everyday.

It just took 34 years.

Never give up, right?

This is from about 2 years ago

Spring has always been here in Southest Texas; it rarely got cold enough to wear a jacket. I miss the seasons in NC, as short as they were, especially winter! One huge difference is that even though it seemed to rain almost everyday in NC, Coastal plains in particular, the mud and flooding was never as bad as it is here in Texas after just one day of raining. I hate it so much! Glad you decided to start writing everyday; you write beauifully. I really love the last stanza.
Yes, I was an Army brat. I lived in Germany for 8 years. I claim Wilmington as my home, even though I was born in Fayetteville. I don't know if you've ever been to Fayetteville, and I hate to jump on the "Fayetteville sucks" bandwagon, but Fayetteville has never really felt like home to me. I hope you are enjoying the early spring! I really miss that state.

Oh, goodness I love that piece! Your work is so marvelous. SO marvelous. Writing every day is a habit I have tried to form, but thus far for naught. Eventually and all that.

It is warm lo these 2.5 hours down 85/40 as well! I hope it lasts. People are already getting their knickers in a twist about the supposed snow about to come. Bah. Be gone and stay gone, snow!

A voice husky with faith ... I will be ruminating on that for awhile.

Oh, and the Ryan Adams was from a she, but sadly there has been no slow dancing. I need more slow dancing i my life. I miss it.

Someone put that Ryan Adams song on a mixtape for me many moons ago.

That picture is extra creepy.

And you, my dove, have succinctly wrapped the hypocrisy of souhthahn hawspitaliteigh up in a few careful, genius lines.

All sounds sexy. smile And I like that- "brave engagement."

I'm actually lucky that I can work at night and "odd" hours for a living mostly. However, when I'm productive nocturnally, I find that I still need to function and correspond and have meetings and such with people during their "normal" hours, and that just turns into a full day workday. I'm still learning how to make it work.

The video might not be great, but the song is.

"I feel I'm growing radar

That line sends me somewhere. Not sure where.

Them Crooked Vultures were awesome.

An old one.

I hadn't seen that....that was great...love this song so much! Kinda reminds of me Shrek though, I have to admit. lol
vaughannegut:
That was a good one.

No, I haven't contacted them yet (need to do that Monday). There's one in particular that seems perfect for me, but I won't be sure until I talk to them directly. Oh, the stomach is getting a bit better. It really comes down to not eating things that are difficult to digest (dairy or fatty foods are the worst).

English is a really good language for saying a lot with out saying anything worth while. I'm not sure why that is, but I'm going to blame it on the British. See my boyfriend is british and he is quite reserved and I'm not sure sometimes of how he really feels about something....My theory is this attitude is that this has evolved into using a lot of words covering up a simple fact. Kinda like lots of make up on an ugly chick. tongue Wow, I'm such class
