Mmmhh, haven't been updating that blog in a week..but haven't done anything fun since some wine tasting event on Friday night. Learned some bad news and had to cancel all my plans for the weekend. Now everything is back to normal - time for some fun.

Last night I went to meet my friend for the usual Tuesday night benefit show on Cahuenga, in Hollywood. While Cypress Hill didn't show up this time -- but will be back next week -- the highlight was the presence of Wayne Kramer from the MC5 and the expected take on "Kick out the jams" featuring Rage/Audioslave/Nitghtwatchman Morrello on the ax.

I've spent most of my time at AFI festival since Friday, saw a few interesting films -- including documentaries about Kurt Cobain and urban painting -- and some really bad ones like After. I also don't get all the buzz about The Host, mostly an overrated film for geeks who are fans of monsters.
