Since I last posted on here, I have been keeping myself from home. I went to the Fans Strike Back exhibition in Santa Monica. It was an alright way to spend some time.

I went to Las Vegas and went to Omega Mart again. While there, I went into Sphere and watched Postcards From Earth, the Darren Aronofsky movie made for the arena. It was

Last week, I got some more Air Jordans, which on surface isn't a bad thing, but I definitely have more pairs of shoes than most people. It got me wondering why I buy so many shoes. As it turns out, spending can be a sign of loneliness and depression. I think I am using the dopamine hit from buying stuff as a way to cope

This weekend I went to Sneaker Con because I have to admit shoes have become a thing for me over the past few years. The shoe game is something else! One can go broke looking for rarities and new releases. I did get four pairs of Air Jordans over the weekend.

I also went to watch boxing. Going to the fights is usually fun. There

I spent Monday back at the Petersen Automotive Museum. I went with my brother this time, since I had never been before. I suppose this was our semi-annual brotherly outing. He enjoyed the trip which made it worth going. At lunch, I did my honest thing of the day when the girl at the Chipotle on Sunset gave me $20 too much change, but I

I was among the A list (and B list) celebrities last night at the Los Angeles Football Club match. The man of the night was the legend, Lionel Messi. His team, Inter Miami won 3-0, and he had two assists.

I can add him to the list of sports legends I have seen play in person. I didn't realize how big of a deal it

The one man adventure show has been continuing the last few days. Thursday night was a Dodgers game. I am not a Dodgers fan, but I don't root against them either, unless they are playing the New York Mets. They are good team though. I mostly wanted the bobblehead this time, since it was University of Southern California guy.

Friday was for movies and then

The last few days has been spent constantly on the go. I can use some time off from my time off! I am planning to take it easy in August, so we shall see how that goes.

Last Wednesday, I went to see my favorite soccer team, Arsenal, play FC Barcelona here in LA in SoFi Stadium, where the LA Rans and Chargers play. My...

It has been a busy month of July so far. My Jeep was at the dealership for three weeks getting fixed. It turned out a needed a new engine. Since my Jeep is still under warranty I got blessed with a new one for free! No charge for any of it! Gracias por Dios!🙏 Since I got my wheels back I have been making up...

I just realized I haven't written anything on here in over a month. It has been relatively quiet overall. I have gone to my fair share of movie, but the big summer movies largely have been an abomination (Fast X, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Flash, and Transformers come to mind). The one movie I have seen lately that was actually good is Past Lives....

Last week was a tame one overall. I went to see G-Eazy on Wednesday night after work. It was better then when I saw him last month as the production value of the stage show went up.

It is always weird walking around in Hollywood since it is such a spot for tourists. Hearing the conversations and things is always interesting.

I took a drive

It is that time again where I head to Lucha Vavoom in downtown LA! The show last night was fun and had more Mexican cultural references than I would have expected. I even got pictures with a couple of the wrestlers this time ! I must have been in high spirits!

Me taking pictures is never a great plan, but that is the way it

Wednesday night was a night for a bit of culture as I went to see Fatoumata Diawara. A singer originally from Mali, but now based in France. She always gives a good performance because she brings energy to the show. Her songs are about issues in her home country, and around the world. She uses positivity to remind us we are all part of one...
