I looked and noticed I haven't witten anything on here since August. I mostly put stuff on here in order to try to remember what I do along the way.

I went to a show at The Greek to see Thievery Corporation. I have liked them for a bit, so it was cool to scratch them off of the list.

I went to LA Comic

It has been a realtively quiet month. It has become a work/maybe movie/home hamster wheel. The most interesting moment was when one of the meth addicts who hides out behind my office got carried away and started a big fire. The cops said they weren't going to arrest him because it was unlikely that he would be prosecuted.

@alexislust Yep. The guy just walked past them and out of the parking lot while carrying a butane torch, and they just let him go.

It's surprisingly beneficial to be a psycho sometimes.

I am still around on here. It was a decent weekend overall. I took my nephew to see the Deadpool movie on Friday night. He enjoyed it, so it was worth the time. Yesterday afternoon I went to watch soccer as my favorite team, Arsenal FC, was here to play Manchester United. My Gunners won 2-1, which made for a successful event.

After the game,

It was a quiet 4th of July at home for me. Given the state of things in the country and the world, I really didn't feel like celebrating. The Mets came on at 8 in the morning my time, they lost quickly, so I could move on from that. I did stop by the movies around lunchtime to see Daddio before it left theaters. I...

It has been a little bit since I posted on here. The last week has been a bit of a mixed bag.

I went to baseball, which is far from uncommon. The Dodgers lost this one, but I am not a fan of theirs, but it is the local team.

Sunsets at the beach can come in handy as a good backdrop for me to

Last night was for baseball. Shohei Ohtani bobblehead night had the folks out in force. Ebay says I could fetch a pretty penny if I wanted to sell!

It was my birthday the other day and it was a birthday spent by myself. After all these years, I am not surprised that the day was a solo venture. I ended up going to the Griffith Observatory and watching a couple of movies. I wonder if James Dean is still a thing all these years later.

Tomorrow I am going to watch boxing since

Not that it was noticed by anyone other than me, but it has been a while since I have been on here. As a longtime member of the site, I have seen lots of people come and go. I figured my time was up since I have been on here since 2006, which to put it another way, a person born when I joined would...

It is has been an odd time for me since the Tool show on Valentine's Day. I have been trying to stay home more since being out doesn't seem to be doing anything for me other than cost me money. I think the show set the tailspin in motion since it was a date night for a lot of people there. A month later, I...

It has been a mixed bag the last couple of weeks. The winter sads have kicked in full force. There are only so many movies and nights out one can have by themselves before things head south. I know I am fortunate that I have the ability and means to keep busy, but it can be hard to see the silver lining sometimes.

Surprisingly, I spent most of my weekend at home watching football; the rain contributed, or at least that's what I am telling myself since I am not a huge football fan like that. However, before all of that, on Friday I went to a screening of Werewolves Within. It was in support of Vidiots, a video rental store here in LA. I met people from...
