You might have to search a little...but it's accessable.
Or Tinto de Toro...which is not so much a a name of a wine as it is a regional description for some tempanillos. But there are a couple that just go by Tinto de Toro that are very worth a try.
The other although not a tempranillo...is a Prioriat called Onix. you can get Onix for about $10.
I'm a huge fan of spanish wines.
By the way...nice boat. Looks like you're living quite the life.
Honestly...It's not something I've ever made. I was a bartender for a long time at a great restaurant in SF called Zibibbo that made these "morrocan spiced prawns" I'll do some research and see what I can come up with.
Ribero del duero is also very good...and if you like that you will be very pleased with any of the others I mentioned. They're probably a little more...hmmm....bold and spicy than it or a regular Rioja might be.
Xmas is the season I usually like the most...
just no familia this time around...
but...wine...
You my freind have good taste.
The first I'd recommend is tinto pesquera.
