November was a shit month for blogging, and I've kind of reached the conclusion I need to collect all my thoughts in one place from now on, if I'm going to do it at all. So, for those interested, I'm at www.ericstephenson.com. I'll still be knocking about here and I'm still on myspace, but any kind of journal/bloggity thingy will be on my actual...

autrix:
Very very good.
just got home myself, but i was only out for a few hours.
I'd like to kick it again when you have time- to discuss some things and look over a bit more of my work
I can free up time whenever you get a chance, just let me know

Yeah, i wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't been uh, studying.
My first week at work was fine! Everyone's super cool, as I suspected. And now the supply cabinet is a little more organized than it was before.
Will be nice to meet Laurenn this Tuesday, too.

Robert Kirkman (writer of THE WALKING DEAD and INVINCIBLE, along with Marvel Team-Up) is going to be signing at Berkeley's Comic Relief tonight from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. If you're in the area, you should stop by. If you've never been to Comic Relief before, it's an awesome comics shop located less than a block form the Downtown Berkeley BART station, at 2026 Shattuck.
I was in Seattle and Tacoma for the weekend, hanging out with THE WALKING DEAD writer Robert Kirkman (who was in town for a signing at a Tacoma shop called Comic Book Ink). Man, I love it up there. Friday and Saturday it was really lovely out, and Mt. Rainier is quite a presence on days like that.
Oh, there's another review of LONG HOT...

I've taken to carrying the first DVD around with me to school, since most of my pals have laptops and free time in between classes ...

So, on the off chance you're in the Bay Area (or know someone in the Bay Area), Image Comics is going to be in need of an office assistant in the not-too-distant future. By office assistant, I mean someone who can handle accounting-related data entry and filing, light proofreading and some reception work (greeting visitors, answering phones, etc.). It's not a glamorous job and you're...

If you happened to pick up a copy of LONG HOT SUMMER, please do let Jamie and myself know what you thought.
In the meantime, I've just started writing a book I'm currently calling SCRAPE AWAY - fourteen stories about real people coping with real life in Bush's America. How quicikly I get this out will depend upon how fast I...

Hey Eric, just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed issue #1 of Fell. I'm a big fan of it's 'cheap' athestic. I mean, it's a great, self contained story in itself, but Warren Ellis's sentiment behind the title is something I really respect and admire. I hope it does well for both yourself and Warren.
Consider it now on my 'must buy' list.
