Usually we end up working it all off

I think the last time I was in a relationship that we both gained like 10 pounds was because we always ate out big full meals with lots of alcohol and always dessert - then we started living together & I cooked every night. Usually I try to cook on the healthy side. That is not always shown in my journals!

Oh how fancy pants of you!! I am a big tea drinker but since my last job I had to get up at 545am I was making lots of coffee! My mom bought me a new coffeemaker and it would brew while I was still in bed and I was making these expresso smoothies for breakfast, so good! That was about the only good part about that job.

Perfect now has nothing to do with kitchen but how well you use it!
