Damn I have the same habit, hard to switch off sometimes and I suffer for it the next day, especially if I have to do any boring work when I am tired, find it so hard to concentrate, but it sucks going to sleep when you have worked all day and just want to enjoy yourself for a while, makes me wanna stay up lol
