thank you everyone for your well-wishes and advice. i drank, i think, 2 gallons of distilled water all by myself, as well as two cartons of orange juice. not to mention i went to the doctor twice and slept a lot...so i'm all better now

it won't go away. it just keeps getting worse. the coughing, the sneezing, the sinus pressure, the sore throat, the overall aches and pains, the congestion!
i went to the doctor yesterday and got some meds, so hopefully i will be better soon.

DO NOT TAKE EPHEDRINE.....IT IS NOT A NASAL DECONGESTANT.Zarina doesn't know what the hell she's talking about. The ephedrine is not the nasal decongestant, it is to counter the effect of the medicine. It's called non-drowsy for a fucking reason. It's also in diet pills, and those are obviously not decongestants. Besides the fact that it will only make you feel worse because not only will you be sick, you'll be tweeked out as well. Not to meantion you don't have a sinus infection, you have the flu......would explain the aches and pains. If you want to go traditional, get some thera-flu. Otherwise drink plenty of the purest water you can find and take some echinacea (liquid is best, under your tongue, tastes nasty but it works) it will boost your immune system so next time you won't catch the nasty son-of-a-bitch. Get plenty of rest too. And for gods sake don't listen to people that don't know what the fuck they are talking about.

Get a lawyer! Cover your ass! Stay on them and make them work their asses off and take care of you! Don't let the guys insurance company tape you or anything.

SUV owners tend to really suck. They seem to feel that just because they spend 3 times as much for a truck 3 times too big that they don't have to do things like get them repaired. As a mechanic there are few days now that I don't do a brake inspection on someones Ubertruck and find the brakes worn out, only to be told that the owner either can't afford, or doesn't want to get the thing repaired. And those of us in regular cars end up getting crushed. So that these 1 person per ubertruck people can feel safe.
So again I urge you - Get a lawyer and cover your ass!
