I really want to see your photography. I have been ansy to go out and take photo's recently. Something I haven't had the yearning for since I was in school. I had a friend that used to jump in the car with me. We'd call ourselves action photography. We were even going to make magnetic signs for the car. The thought just made us laugh. Alas she moved and I have the yearning. So I might be heading out again. Just reading that you were escited about photography made me excited.

if you're going to make your own tofurky and do not object to wheat gluten, i've got an excellent recipe... just let me find it..

Dry Mix:
2 cups vital wheat gluten flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
some Onion powder and a bit of Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Wet Mix:
12oz. firm (not silken) tofu
1 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoon soy sauce or Bragg's
1 tablespoon olive oil

Put wet mix in a blender.
add Dry to Wet. Knead for a bit. Let it sit for an hour or so. Knead again for a few minutes.
Put the dough into a bread pan, heat the oven to 200 or a bit above 200 and bake for 3 hours. Flip over the loaf once, turn oven to 325 and bake for another half hour.

There's a baste, too, but that's basically just oil and vegetable broth.
It's good.
Hooray vegan thanksgiving. I hope you've got a big group of peoples to cook for.

i just got into palahniuk and i burned through "Lullaby" and "Survivor", however....

i'm reading "Diary" right now and it is a much slower read for some reason. Maybe it's because it's the third one in a row that i'm reading?

nah, i like photography much more than sculpture. i took a sculpture class and enjoyed it but it can't compare to taking pictures of people and objects. it has more meaning to me.

Red's good. Hard for me to wear. Unless I wear the dress with the low neck line and the long slit in the side. That takes some of the focus off the red thing.
