Sooo ... my husband is completely DONE with dealing with this lady to get this house ... I had to call the realtor yesterday & tell him ... Such a BEAUTIFUL house ... frown Not really sure what to do/say about all this ...

My truck note is with Cap One and my mortgage is with Citimortgage. Having dealt with both, my suggestion is to be proactive and don't assume things will just get done. Call them, follow up and make sure they are focusing on your loan application! The squeaky wheel gets the grease!!
