It's a cold, quiet Sunday... I've got Lou Reed and the Velvet Underground, "Lisa Says", reverberating through my basement studio, and the same unlit cigarette hanging from my lips, that I planned to smoke almost an hour ago. It's only been three weeks, but already, Mexico seems like a vaguely recollected dream.
