Mmmm....smoothie

I like making smoothies in the morning, I don't often have much of an appetite early in my day, so making a haelthy drink is a good way to get some nutrition in me before work.
Today's Smoothie Recipe:
1 can Kern's Mango Nectar
1 banana
a shot of liquid Gensing
a splash of Dole Pine-Orange-Strawberry juice
a splash of milk
3 strawberries
