Not sure what's wrong with it. But it's bad I'm pretty sure. At first it was just skipping during tracks. Then started skipping through every track, refusing to play anything. Now it's plugged into my laptop but iTunes doesn't recognise it, and the iPod is alternately showing the "do not disconnect" sign and a little folder with an exclamation mark beside it (doesn't look good). Also it's making clicking noises. I could cry, I thought if iTunes recognised it I could rip some stuff onto my hard drive, but no... Any ideas?
Oh and not sure what generation it is, but it's a 20GB, got it 2 1/2 years ago, it's the one with the single grey click wheel.
