Glad you had a good day. Canada is beautiful. I used to live in Erie, PA - i was 3 hours away. Continue to have good days my dear!
went up to dad's house and cooked thai food for him and my step-mom. they evidently were quite pleased with the meal. i made them some curried shrimp, cashew chicken and a big batch or chicken-fried rice. there were many happy bellies.
