You know it's going to be an interesting day at work when you enter your office and find broken windows, blood, the remnants of a pepper spray grenade and crime scene tape.

On this day of sadness & remembrance, I reflect on the world we live in. I was deeply affected by 9/11 and am horrified at the hate and intolerance that have festered since.
