I'm so very sorry, I know what some of that is like, your old life sounds like my life, I only have a couple of friends and they have there own life and some how it seems like I fuck things up and make going out not so much fun with them unless we go out of town, I do go out alone in hopes of having a good time but 9 times out of 10 I come home feeling worse then I did before I went, I hope things look up for you.
Oh dear, that's always the hardest part of a relationship, especially a long one. Relationships become a habit and our brains are actually hard wired to treat everything we do like it will eventually become habit (i'm learning this in my quantum physics book lol) I wish you well and don't worry, it will get easier. Some times it takes a while but it always does.

I was walking around the neighborhood with my son yesterday and we passed by my racist hardcore redneck republican neighbor that beats his wife's house, and on the back of his van next to his "W 04" and "McCain/Palin" bumper stickers, there was a new one that said, "In case of RAPTURE, Car is yours!"
