12 days not smoking I had 5 drinks last night and didint even need a smoke really happy
Iv been fasting for 12 hours now and yea lol also it's been 9 days since I stopped smoking fighting hard and well I think also havint had a drink in 9 days to wow man
Awsome I have last night I started to make a trididishenel aboriginal painting man so fun and it is like a trance woo hoo

Wow what a big weekend went thru 2 bottles of JD 10 chicken burgers having a grate time and on the they'd day I get sick so now I'm just all warped up in warm clothes trying to get better dang its been so long since I got sick 
I have finally got the pant and brushes out of the shed and no I'm about to make a pece of art !!!!

I take 200mg Tramadol twice daily, Celebrex 300mg once daily and 2 x Panadol Osteo three times daily for my lower back pain (L4,L4,S1). A fusion has been suggested. How are you coping?
