Sorry I didn't say goodbye. Most rude of me. I hadn't planned to leave, but the crowd got too big for me to be comfortable in, and a stroll outside found me at my car.

Good luck with the assessments. As sad as I am not to be studying this semester, I'm really grateful for the break! I had told myself I would start classes again next semester, but I'm working far too much at the moment. Perhaps in the New Year. Of course, finding my creativity between now and then might also be helpful...
Also, I think because it is a private group that you would need to get permission from each contributor individually.
Which, could prove difficult as some members have left, and others (like myself) won't give permission for their entries to be published. Also, I would dispute any use of my words even if they were used anonymously.
Don't mean to burst bubbles, but for me, it's a private group for a reason.
However, I'd be interested to see the results should this plan go ahead. Of course, minus any comments made by myself or any comments made by others quoting mine.

Once a month I go Woo! with the fantastic news that I'm not pregnant.
Thank you!!! Citations in this morning, then draft goes to supervisor (before draft comes back mauled and depleted, but forget about that)... I'm hoping to capitalise on the momentum by getting a stack done of my next few thesis chapters before the scent of my own inadequacy comes wafting in again... and I'm going to go see medieval manuscripts and inspire myself at lunchtime today, just because I'm remembering the world can be OK! I may bookmark that comment for the inevitable crash which awaits me when I next hit writers block, which may be as early as tomorrow... but let's forget that too.
Thanks for the virtual champers and hoping some of this sense of academic empowerment is contagious and can span nations.

That was a great blog. You are beautiful. I love your clothes too! I love seeing people in casual clothes and I really liked (which is unusual for me) your other non-cas clothes. You are nuts for walking 3hrs home in heels though.
Also - what TFOK says is right. There have been many studies completed which support the view that we are programmed as infants to recognise as "friendly" and "safe" those who look like our mother, and to fear those who do not. True dat.
