It's art. Art is supposed to rile people up and get us talking. If it was in a gallery somewhere instead of on a public path we wouldn't have ever heard of it, or the issues it raises. Personally, I was more bothered by her lack of a head more than anything else.

Interesting statue, perhaps odd location, maybe a statement on how many tend to view a person as unconnected parts rather than as a whole person? Only her neck but not her head.... Her feet, ankles and (possibly) part of her shins are not formed out of the base....

You should fly to Paris or Monaco if you can go international. If not, check out Seattle or Portland. You could go see the Olympic National Forest! Other than that, San Diego is good choice. Hell, you could go to Alaska and see Russia, haha.

Once you are on the roller coaster, it never stops & you can't get off.... Unless you're a hobo... & I'm sure they have some sort of bum roller coaster I don't even know about.

Sorry to hear that... maybe the roller coaster will loose some momentum and slow down enough so at least it doesn't make you vomit... Big credit for staying on the ride. *hugs*
