I keep finding folks that I could've sworn I was already following. Anyways. I'm 100% keeping tabs on you now ;)

chefdaddy:
I am honored. It's hard to tell these days with the "following" instead of "friends" being a mutual thing ha-ha. Glad to have you officially, your posts are always a bright spot in my day.

How did it go meeting your chicas?

chefdaddy:
It went well. The house mom is going to take some kid glove handling. She is a mousey worrying spazz, but I have a few of those in my life so it should be fine. The actual girls that I met were all very sweet and the ones at the meeting were very easy to deal with and their requests were totally manageable. As it turns out the guy I am replacing is a guy I have worked with for a short while at Baxters, he was a very cool guy who got out as soon as he started to feel the negative vibe. The selection of spices he left is great. I met my bosses boss yesterday as well and he seems to like where I'm coming from too so that is a bonus. Everyone I met yesterday reminded me that they have had problems with chefs there in the past. Ha-ha my response was always "yes that's what I've heard and that's why you have me now" which always got a smile.  I haven't had as many random girls talking to me as I thought might be the case but as times go on and they get to be around me more and I get my smile back I'm sure I will get to know them all.

Thanks for following me! 😄

chefdaddy:
I thought I was following you before when you were mad madam mim but I guess I wasn't. So now I am. I always enjoy your comments and pics and I look forward to getting to know you better

I didn't want to spoil your comment with the truth. There's actually this crazy homeless guy in the area of my work and he's been threatening businesses and innocent bystanders so I am on high alert at work tonight. But naturally there is always time to take silly videos.

chefdaddy:
@soraleia Ah, I have had that problem before, actually all the time in South Dakota. Rapid city is full of homeless crazies. Here's hoping your milkshake doesn't bring all the crazies to the yard then.
soraleia:
Haha thanks for the chuckle. I try to keep my milkshakes pretty well contained; wouldn't want to spill. Everyone thinks it's wonderful to work by the beach. I can't wait for the summer to be over
