I'm ridiculously nervous.

I'm kind of impressed with myself today. I made two Reese's Cup cheesecakes with brownie crust. All from scratch. I'm obviously awesome.

Happy almost Thanksgiving!

Turkey day isn't a very vegetarian friendly holiday, especially if you're the only veg in your family. So, I'll be spending the holiday home alone making a cheesecake and walking around in my underwear while my family is in North Carolina.

I've made 4 dozen cupcakes in the past three days.

More bad news today.

I got a call from my mom today asking if I had been home in the past 24 hours, which I hadn't. She sounded upset and said she'd call me back.

Two hours later, she called to inform me that the cops were at her house. Someone had stolen all of her jewelry, my grandparents jewelry, and some of mine.
