I swear the last two weeks have flown by. I recently started a new job that puts me in the most rural location and this time i am back out to the middle of Australia... Literally get a pin and put it right in the centre of the map and you will probably hit me haha!

So After a bit of a hiatic and travelling all over the world i have finally come back home!

I travelled the states, asia and collected a whole bunch of cool experiences and friends. I started a new job which takes me all around aus and lets me continue my tattoo obsession! Next one this Thursday!!

well my blog has been fairly uneventful and its mainly because of work and training...

so i started my train sessions and program in preparation for world champs in mexico city next year... Ive been doing alot of plyometic work (core abs general strength) and started trail bike riding and swimming... so im hoping this all pays off and i will manage to be world...

soo i have been pretty flatout over the past month! From travelling to Veitnam to working flat out and training!
but it all paid off!

I Had Nationals this weekend and ended up winning all my fights to take the Gold and become national champion once again! But the Real kicker is that it also means i Qualify for World Championships in Mexico...
