Well i've just had a very nice night out with some friends then drove them all back and am sitting here sober smelling of cigarette smoke and fully awake. Tomorrow could be an exceptionally nice, brilliant day, or it could be very stressful. Either way, i ought to go get some sleep now x goodnight

There were many hot air balloons in Northampton this weekend. I saw about thirty. There were about seventy in all. I miss Italy.

After a brief period of really frizzy hair (which was cool) am now back to normal hair (which is longer than i remember it).

Flat mate other halfs can be soooo much fun can't they. I use to enjoy winding them up of course I now enjoy living on my own and not having to deal with flatmates and their girlfriends/boyfriends more.

That bloody lodger who's name I can't even remember because I didn't give a toss about him. Hope he doesn't give you too much trouble. You could always infer that he's been rutting his way around the entire town when his mum comes to visit.

The hair looks nifty, can't wait to see it in person smile We still ok for me to come visit next weekend? I'm thinking aim to get there for about 3 on saturday again.

Right well i'm going to London for Saturday night.. hi to those i will/have met there!

And then from there to Cambridge (for a day), and then Malta (for a week).. so no journal update for a little while.

Was the flute something you wanted to learn, or your parents idea? Mine thought I should learn the piano. I had lessons for about 14-16 months but was learning rubbish pieces & got fed up. If it had been music I was interested in I would have probably stuck with it. I have a fascination with bass instruments & recently saw a bass flute in a shop on Charing cross rd love

Hey you,

Good to hear you're having fun in Malta. Remember, there's nothing wrong with the 'Tour Bus' thing in moderation. One of the best days I had in SF was the day we took the tour of the city, we got to see things we'd never have seen otherwise, and got some unforgettable views over the city. And yeah, some places have a lot ropier traffic and driving than others. Stick to buses, they're big and hard to knock over winktongue

Finally went to a work do. Just the girls. Could easily become a regular thing, although i drove this time so yet more soberness for me.

film: War of the Worlds: 6/10. Although i think i need to see the original. And Dakota Fanning has a long career ahead of her.

Just got back from Cheltenham. Am now very hungry. Met lots of nice people, played some pool, watched some dancing and generally had a very good time.

Something made me unhappy, and i'm not sure what exactly it was. It was surprising. But nevermind. I'm better now.
