its been almost three months since my mom passed and i've been back in london.

My mom's funeral was yesterday. We did the service completely ourselves and it went really well. I think everyone had a nice day celebrating her life, and it was standing room only....wow.

Heading back to london tomorrow, cannot wait to see my dog.

anyone is southern california want to hang out?
i really really need a break from close friends and family.
it is lovely that everyone is trying to support each other after the death of my mom, but i just really really really need some space from it and to just be normal (or very abnormal) for awhile....x

unfortunately, a couple days ago my mother and grandmother to RavenIsis passed away after a very lengthy battle with cancer. she went totally peacefully and surrounded by us all.

i'm so glad that i got to spend the last week of her life camped out at the hospital with her.
very blessed.
