I think it was the cheese that clumped. I didn't try to thicken it.
Super simple recipe, literally just sauteed onions, taters, seafood, evap milk and cheese. I left it on heat level one, fed the babe for 20 min and when I came back it looked all chunked up.

on the note of getting niece/nephew presents..i always go to the dollar general or big lots and still always find great gifts for pretty cheap. they never know the difference
