actually i think your date sounds almost typical. I had a friend come to stay with me from another state, she got here and went to bed, got up to receive a phone call saying her youngest had fallen out of a tree, so she returned home & that was that.
I am glad to read you did extract some relaxation from the time together.
My mates girlfriend seems to be doing well considering, but i find it hard to tell. How do you judge others emotions when the face and words can mask a lot. I found the real indicator was when hugging people, they showed how scared they were by holding on tighter when you pulled them in closer. Everyone did it so i knew we were all in the same crappy mindset

Things have been steady. I've been doing a lot of painting lately, which is good. I just got a commission too, so that's awesome. It's nice to know that someone likes my art enough to want to pay for new stuff. I'll be working on that tonight.

Well i've had upto ten cars at once in my yard and sheds but that is hell. I have it down to just 3 now and they all have a spot in my sheds. I don't really collect them but have always wanted to own certain ones, so i buy them shitty & cheap, fix them up to drive & then sell when i have a need for something new. The ones i have left i've got a real liking for so may not sell.
I got into cars after my 2nd job at 17 was a car detailer. I wanted something different so decided to build one. Then got jobs as a panel beater, mechanic etc to learn how to do it properly. After doing a few i got into hot rods & customs, yet to do my 29 oldsmobile roadster but very excited to have one. Haven't owned any real customs but guys in my club do, they're real nice.
Driving stick is fairly easy & once you do it you never forget.
