I honestly have no idea how professional models whittle through all the images they recieve from shoots. It's easier for me, because I create two piles: I look like a fucking idiot and oh, hey, that one doesn't look too bad.

Hello hippies!

As we begin to plant our spring gardens, I have a request of you. If your gardens have previously left you with a surplus of veggies, or if you have space for a couple extra rows, it would mean the world to me if you would join in me in a Grow a Row challenge.

How it works
1. Find a local food...

This is a great idea. We are starting late this year but I think we might be able to do this. smile

For the life of me, I will never understand why the media chooses to spotlight murders of any type. Yahoo has an article right now "with stunning new photos of the Newtown Shooter." So what? Why publish that? Why glorify him, and others before him, and others after him, instead of glorifying the lives of he and others took. It's not like there's no evidence...

Dog...I love it.

He is just such a social animal. He seems to get along with everyone. We let him run around with one of our cats and they seem to play. Stew is the dominate one thought tongue He truly has been a great addition to our family, along with the 3 dogs and 4 cats.
mildots:
frown that is heartbreaking.

There is an assistant program at my yoga studio March 8th. I'd really love to attend, so I've put up a coupon for my etsy shop. Use the code: YogaTraining2013 to get 20% off of your order. I'll even honor it for custom orders, so hit me up.

Thank you, my love. I actually had all of those ingredients in the house when you texted me yesterday, so I brewed a tea in a jar. I think it really helped to get my fever to come down some. I'm having hubby get more ingredients on his way home from work tonight so I can brew more. I think your tea and Chinese hot and sour soup will cure me!

Must have been a race horse. What a thrill!

Conversations, real or imagined, I've had today.

Me: Hi, I'd like a medium hazelnut hot chocolate please.
Barista: Ok, what kind of milk would you like with that?
Me: Whole.
Barista: Half and half? It's extra.
Me: *blank stare* No, not half and half, whole.
Barista: We have half and half, and it's extra.
Me: I want the closest thing to Vitamin D whole milk...

Pressure?
lilli:
Aw. No pressure, wife. All in it's own time. I just had several things slap me upside the head this past week, making it impossible to deny my desire any longer. I'm sure you would kick serious ASS at a bootcamp, though. You have been skating so much! I, on the other hand, have no gear and would fall on my ass... so I am taking lessons instead. Maybe I'll be ready for the next bootcamp...

Grawwwwarrrrrag!

I need to add another class for my winter semester. The problem with this is, I need to decide my anthropomorphic emphasis. Middle East? Language study? Disease? Dead Bodies?

Also, I wish there were more classes offered per semester. I can't find half the shit I want to take.

Finn got his balls lopped off today. He's not feeling very great. Juice is trying...

Gaaah! I hate semester schedules. We constantly had classes that were either Fall or Spring. Hated it, especially when you are down to one or two classes.Good luck, kiddo.

It's been raining all morning. this false sense of spring is so out of place. I know it won't last, it's too early. But as I walk across campus in the mist, I realize how much I've missed it. This winter has been harsh. And today my hair is wet, my make up soggy, my socks and jeans are damp, and there are mudpuddles. And...

Depends on which version you read. wink I suppose I'm just waiting to be dragged out. Killer is, I just found out yesterday that they're giving raises this year, finally. May not matter if I find a new gig in Madison anytime soon.

Hey snotfaces and booger-eaters. How goes it?

It's spring time, did you hear? It is. Do you know how I know? I know, because today whilst walking across campus, I a) did not need my jacket (in fact, I was sweating in my sweatshirt) and b) was listening to someone, somewhere on campus, play "Colors of the Wind" from Disney's Pocahontas on a pan flute...
