soooooooo, what's new? well, me perhaps. I might say that I've undergone some sort of metamorphis over the last bunch of months where I've learned to take better care of myself. more on this later perhaps. howz everyone else?

after winning Best Fusion for the 2nd year running in the Hartford Advocate Band Slam, my band The Realm plays it's last show ever tonight August 3 2006 at Black Eye Sally's in Downtown Hartford. Showtime is midnight. and yes, we will let it all hang out. you should too.

folks.. I'm going to be signing off SG soon. I think I'm ready for new adventures, new arenas, new horizons. time to cut ties with the old.
